WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a rule called: Airworthiness Directives; Rolls-Royce Deutschland Ltd & Co KG Engines.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 21 by Peter A. White, Deputy Director, Integrated Certificate Management Division, Aircraft Certification Service.
