WASHINGTON, July 10 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a rule called: Airworthiness Directives; Dassault Aviation Airplanes.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 10 by Steven W. Thompson, Acting Deputy Director, Compliance & Airworthiness Division, Aircraft Certification Service.
Summary: The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Dassault Aviation Model Falcon 7X airplanes. This AD was prompted by hydraulic leakage from the spoiler power control unit (SPPCU) in service.
