WASHINGTON, Oct. 20 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a rule called: Airspace Designations; Incorporation by Reference Amendment of FAA Order JO 7400.11M.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 20 by Brian Eric Konie, Acting Manager, Airspace Regulation Group.
Summary: This action administratively corrects identified final rules published by FAA in the Federal Registerbetween May and September 2026 so that certain published airspace designation amendments are transferred to the most-current revision of FAA Order JO 7400.11, which is incorporated by reference.
