WASHINGTON, July 30 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Waiver of Specified Statutory Requirements for Commercial Space Launch and Reentry Actions.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 30 by Sean P. Duffy, Secretary of Transportation.
