WASHINGTON, March 25 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Establishment of Class E Airspace; Winnie, TX.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 25 by Jerry J. Creecy, Acting Manager, Operations Support Group, ATO Central Service Center.
