WASHINGTON, June 22 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Establishment of Class E Airspace; Belmont, MS.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 22 by Kristen Leake, Acting Manager, Airspace & Procedures South Team, Eastern Service Center, Air Traffic Organization.

Summary: This action proposes to establish Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Tishomingo Airport, Belmont, MS. Controlled airspace is necessary for the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at this airport.
