WASHINGTON, April 6 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Airworthiness Directives; Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. Airplanes.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 6 by Christopher R. Parker, Acting Deputy Director, Compliance & Airworthiness Division, Aircraft Certification Service.
