WASHINGTON, Oct. 1 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Airworthiness Directives; Embraer S.A. Airplanes.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 1 by Steven W. Thompson, Acting Deputy Director, Compliance & Airworthiness Division, Aircraft Certification Service.

Summary: The FAA proposes to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2024-05-13, which applied to all Embraer S.A. Model EMB-545 and EMB-550 airplanes.
