FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVES; DE HAVILLAND AIRCRAFT OF CANADA LIMITED (TYPE CERTIFICATE PREVIOUSLY HELD BY BOMBARDIER, INC.) AIRPLANES

WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Airworthiness Directives; De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited (Type Certificate Previously Held by Bombardier, Inc.) Airplanes.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 16 by Hollister B. Thorson, Acting Deputy Director, Compliance & Airworthiness Division, Aircraft Certification Service.

Summary: The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited (Type Certificate Previously Held by Bombardier, Inc.)
