WASHINGTON, May 7 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Airworthiness Directives; Airbus SAS Airplanes.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 7 by Brian Knaup, Acting Deputy Director, Integrated Certificate Management Division, Aircraft Certification Service.
Summary: The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus SAS Model A330-841 and A330-941 airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by reports of corrosion on lavatory floor fittings at various locations.
