WASHINGTON, July 2 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Airworthiness Directives; Airbus Helicopters.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 2 by Christopher R. Parker, Acting Deputy Director, Compliance & Airworthiness Division, Aircraft Certification Service.
Summary: The FAA proposes to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2025-13-09, which applies to all Airbus Helicopters Model AS-365N2, AS 365 N3, EC 155B, EC155B1, SA-365N, and SA-365N1 helicopters. AD 2025-13-09 requires inspecting the tightening torque, reporting the results of the inspections, and, depending on the results of the inspection, taking corrective action.
