The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 19 by William Garrison, Acting Director, FAA Office of Airport Planning and Programming.
Summary: This notice invites comments on the draft of FAA Order 5100-38E, Airport Improvement Program Handbook. Once finalized, this Order will replace FAA Order 5100-38D, Change 1, which was issued on February 26, 2019.
