Atlanta, July 27 -- FAIRBURN, CITY OF has issued a solicitation notice (PE-66073-NONST-2026-000000047) titled ‘IFB # 26-020 Issued by the City of Fairburn Art Mural - CSX Underpass Hwy 138’. Notably, the event starts on July 24 and ends on Aug. 25.

Further, the description states, “The City of Fairburn and the City of Union City are seeking an innovative public outdoor art mural showcasing both cities. The art mural will be on the cemented wall under the CSX Overpass at the intersection of State Route 138 (Jonesboro Road) and Highway 29 (Beverly Engram Parkway).
