CHENEY, Wash., Oct. 13 -- Eastern Washington University issued the following news release:
The Eastern Washington University Tailgate Cookbook is officially published and available for purchase.
With delicious recipes for appetizers, main dishes, desserts and drinks - all submitted by members of the EWU community - you will be set for any and all game-day festivities.
The cookbooks sell for $25 each, with all proceeds going to fund scholarships for student athletes. The colorful cookbooks are available through the Eagle Store, on campus and online, and can also be purchased at the Inferno Team Shop at Roos Field during home football games.
