EPA AWARDS $684,000 TO NORTH DAKOTA AGENCIES

WASHINGTON, June 14 -- Sen. Kevin Cramer issued the following press release:

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) awarded a total of $684,000 (https://ciosenus.box.com/s/6pkw98tdkr8dfzn30bw99tbu2mk05nir) to the North Dakota Department of Agriculture and the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality. The funding will be distributed as follows:

* $475,000 to the North Dakota Department of Agriculture through a Pesticide Program Performance Grant. This funding will support activities related to pesticide regulation. * $209,000 to the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality through the Small, Underserved, and Disadvantaged Communities Grant Program.
