WASHINGTON, Nov. 17 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Various Fragrance Components in Pesticide Formulations; Exemption From the Requirement for a Tolerance.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 17 by Charles Smith, Director, Registration Division, Office of Pesticide Programs.
