WASHINGTON, Jan. 9 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Technical Amendments to the EPCRA Hazardous Chemical Inventory Reporting Requirements To Conform to the 2024 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard; Withdrawal.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 9 by John W. Busterud, Assistant Administrator, Office of Land Emergency Management.
