ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ISSUES RULE: PYDIFLUMETOFEN; PESTICIDE TOLERANCES

WASHINGTON, June 15 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Pydiflumetofen; Pesticide Tolerances.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 15 by Charles Smith, Director, Registration Division, Office of Pesticide Programs.

Summary: This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of pydiflumetofen (CASRN 1228284-64-7) in or on the food and feed commodities of sugarcane, cane. Under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), Syngenta Crop Protection, LLC, submitted a petition to EPA requesting that EPA establish a maximum permissible level for residues of this pesticide in or on the identified commodities.
