WASHINGTON, May 13 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Oxirane, 2-phenyl-, polymer With oxirane, mono(hydrogen 2-sulfobutanedioate), octyl ether, sodium salt (1:2) in Pesticide Formulations; Exemption From the Requirement for a Tolerance.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 13 by Charles Smith, Director, Registration Division, Office of Pesticide Programs.
