WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: No-Migration Variance From Land Disposal Restrictions for Clean Harbors Lone Mountain, Oklahoma.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 26 by Walter Mason, Regional Administrator, Region 6.
