WASHINGTON, Dec. 5 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Coke Ovens: Pushing, Quenching, and Battery Stacks, and Coke Oven Batteries; Rescission of Extension of Compliance Deadlines for Coke Oven Facilities.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 5 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.
