WASHINGTON, April 1 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Chemical Manufacturing Area Sources Technology Review.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 1 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.
