WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Hexythiazox; Pesticide Tolerances.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 13 by Charles Smith, Director, Registration Division, Office of Pesticide Programs.
Summary: This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of the insecticide hexythiazox and its metabolites in or on lemon/lime, subgroup 10-10B at 0.6 parts per million (ppm). This regulation also establishes separate regional tolerances for grapefruit, subgroup 10-10C (CA, AZ, TX only) at 0.5 ppm and orange, subgroup 10-10A (CA, AZ, TX only) at 0.5 ppm.
