WASHINGTON, July 22 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Hazardous and Solid Waste Management System: Disposal of Coal Combustion Residuals From Electric Utilities; CCR Management Unit Deadline Extension Rule.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 22 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.
