WASHINGTON, July 31 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Finding of Failure To Attain and Reclassification of Area in New York as Serious for the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards-Shinnecock Indian Nation.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 31 by Michael Martucci, Regional Administrator, EPA Region 2.
