WASHINGTON, March 23 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Determination of Attainment by the Attainment Date But for International Emissions for the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards; Phoenix-Mesa Nonattainment Area, Arizona.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 23 by Michael Martucci, Acting Regional Administrator, EPA Region IX.
