WASHINGTON, Aug. 26 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration Units: Temporary-Use Incinerators and Air Curtain Incinerators Used in Disaster Recovery.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 26 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.
