WASHINGTON, April 7 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Citrus Tristeza Virus (CTV) Strain T36 Expressing Spinach Defensin Proteins SoD2, SoD2-1, and SoD2*; Exemption From the Requirement of a Tolerance.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 7 by Edward Messina, Director, Office of Pesticide Programs.
