WASHINGTON, Aug. 7 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Bacillus thuringiensis eCry1Gb.1Ig Protein; Exemption From the Requirement of a Pesticide Tolerance.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 7 by Edward Messina, Director, Office of Pesticide Programs.
