WASHINGTON, July 16 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Approval and Promulgation of State Plan (Negative Declaration) for Designated Facilities and Pollutants; Nebraska; Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration Units.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 16 by James Macy, Regional Administrator, Region 7.
