WASHINGTON, May 29 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Approval and Promulgation of State Air Quality Plans (Negative Declarations) for Designated Facilities and Pollutants; District of Columbia.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 29 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is providing notice of and is codifying approval of negative declarations submitted by the District of Columbia Department of Energy and Environment (DCDOEE) on July 19, 2024 and August 28, 2024.
