WASHINGTON, Aug. 28 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Alpha-d-Glucopyranoside, Beta-d-Fructofuranosyl, Mixed Palmitates and Stearates in Pesticide Formulations; Exemption From the Requirement of a Tolerance.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 28 by Charles Smith, Director, Registration Division, Office of Pesticide Programs.
Summary: This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of alpha-d-glucopyranoside, beta-d-fructofuranosyl, mixed palmitates and stearates (CAS Reg.
