The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 22 by Michael Martucci, Acting Regional Administrator, Region IX.
Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking final action to approve, under the Clean Air Act (CAA or "Act"), revisions to the Arizona state implementation plan (SIP).
