WASHINGTON, Jan. 26 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Disapproval; Colorado; Regional Haze Plan for the Second Implementation Period.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 26 by Cyrus M. Western, Regional Administrator, Region 8.
