WASHINGTON, April 23 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Virginia; Revision to the Regulatory Definition of Volatile Organic Compound.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 23 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a state implementation plan (SIP) revision (Revision A23) submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia. This revision amends the definition of volatile organic compound (VOC) in the Virginia Administrative Code (VAC) to align with the EPA's regulatory definition of VOC.
