WASHINGTON, March 23 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Texas; Reasonably Available Control Technology in the Dallas-Fort Worth Ozone Nonattainment Area.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 23 by Walter Mason, Regional Administrator, Region 6.
