WASHINGTON, April 9 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Rhode Island; Regional Haze State Implementation Plan for the Second Implementation Period; Prong 4 (Visibility) for the 2015 8-Hour Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 9 by Mark Sanborn, Regional Administrator, EPA Region 1.
