The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 23 by Anne Vogel, Regional Administrator, Region 5.

Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a May 2, 2025, State Implementation Plan (SIP) submittal from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA). The SIP submittal consists of an alternate control technology emission limit of 5.9 pounds of volatile organic compounds per gallon (lbs.
