WASHINGTON, July 7 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Ohio; Moderate Attainment Plan Elements for the Cleveland Area for the 2015 Ozone Standard.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 7 by Anne Vogel, Regional Administrator, Region 5.
