WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; New Jersey; Northern New Jersey and Southern New Jersey Counties' Second 10-Year Limited Maintenance Plan for the 2006 24-Hour PM.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 18 by Michael Martucci, Regional Administrator, Region 2.
