WASHINGTON, July 10 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Missouri; Control of Emissions During Petroleum Liquid Storage, Loading, and Transfer.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 10 by James Macy, Regional Administrator, Region 7.
