WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Michigan; Infrastructure SIP Requirements for the 2015 Ozone NAAQS; Michigan State Board Requirements.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 20 by Anne Vogel, Regional Administrator, Region 5.
