WASHINGTON, May 14 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Illinois; Moderate Attainment Plan Elements for the Chicago and Metro East Areas for the 2015 Ozone Standard.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 14 by Anne Vogel, Regional Administrator, Region 5.
