WASHINGTON, July 7 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Florida; Revisions to Stationary Sources-Removal of Clean Air Interstate Rule Provisions.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 7 by Kevin McOmber, Regional Administrator, Region 4.

Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) on August 15, 2023.
