WASHINGTON, June 25 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Update of Procedures for Implementing the National Environmental Policy Act and Assessing the Environmental Effects Abroad of EPA Actions.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 25 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.
