WASHINGTON, May 20 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Rescission of Regulatory Determinations and Removal of Related Provisions for Four PFAS Substances (PFHxS, PFNA, HFPO-DA (GenX), and the Mixture of These Three PFAS Plus PFBS).
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 20 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.
