WASHINGTON, March 4 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Proposed Deletion From the National Priorities List.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 4 by Mark Barolo, Office Director, Office of Superfund and Emergency Management.

Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing a Notice of Intent to delete six sites and partially delete two sites from the National Priorities List (NPL) and requests public comments on this proposed action.
