WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Proposed Deletion From the National Priorities List.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 11 by Steven Cook, Principal Deputy Assistant Administrator, Office of Land Emergency Management.

Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing a Notice of Intent to delete one site, Corozal Well, from the National Priorities List (NPL) and requests public comments on this proposed action.
