WASHINGTON, Sept. 21 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Proposed Deletion From the National Priorities List; Correction.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 21 by Mark Barolo, Office Director, Office of Superfund and Emergency Management.
Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency is correcting a proposed rule that was published in the Federal Registeron August 20, 2026, regarding the proposed partial deletion of three sites from the Superfund National Priorities List (NPL).
