WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Partial Approval and Promulgation of State Plan for Designated Facilities and Pollutants; West Virginia; Control of Emissions From Existing Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration (CISWI) Units, Plan Revision.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 12 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
